Audio Technica's general use cardioid condenser microphone for vocals, studio, stage or instruments. This vocal mic has a wide frequency response and added warmth when used close up. A large protective screen ensures minimum "pops". Excellent for close up vocals, piano, reeds, and brass. Low mass diaphragm ensures minimum distortion. The sound of this vocal mic is similar to far more expensive studio microphones. Operates on internal AA battery or 9-52V phantom power.
