CUSTOM PANELS
Made to order Custom Panels (Series Model Numbers #MP-XXX, #PNL-100, #PNL-120, and #PNL-140) are created from high strength aluminum (ALUMINUM) alloy (6061-T6) that is 1/16" (.062”) thick. The Aluminum panel is finished with electro-static applied, oven-cured black semi-gloss powder coat. Engraving the Custom Blank Aluminum Panels is fast and easily accomplished on a separate dedicated CNC engraving machine. Choose standard connector layout positions or specify custom layouts of any combination of connectors with engraved labels.

Made to order Custom Panels (Series Model Numbers #PCU-100, #PCU-120, and #PCU-140) are created from a composite aluminum and thermo-plastic panel (ALUMI-LAM) material. The Alumi-Lam panel material offers unique electrical and mechanical options and exceptional economy with easy one step engraving. The Alumi-Lam panel material is 1/8” (.125") thick with two .010” aluminum skins that sandwich a tough thermo-plastic core. Prefinished with polyester paint, white on one side and black on the other.

The “connectrix system” expands connectivity possibilities utilizing a new panel cutout detail and an array of standard and new isolated connectors. This system provides more connectors and mounting options in stock standard ACE panels. The benefit is faster order turn around and lower cost. Less custom fabrication for custom spec results with off-the-shelf stock prices. The “connectrix system” connectors combine popular mounting pattern of the Neurtrik “D” series connectors with a generous rectangular cutout that mates with a growing array of adapter-mounted standard connectors. The adapter mount is plastic and provides ground isolation between the panel and connector.

On the connectrix system panel it is possible to mount any combination of modular jacks (RJ45, RJ11 etc.), BNCs, dual RCAs, mic jacks, speaker jacks and numerous other standard connectors without a single custom punch. The “connectrix system” panels are easily engraved. The strong flat aluminum system panels are cut in array of different connector layout patterns. Each standard blank is finished with electro-static applied, oven cured black simi-gloss powder coat. Engraving the standard blank is fast and easily accomplished on a separate dedicated CNC engraving routing machine. The finished panels show bright aluminum in the engraved characters and need not be back filled.

Made from high strength aluminum alloy (6061-T6) that is .062” thick, they are ridged like the typical thinner mild steel panels. Because they are CNC rotary machined and not punched they stay flat and undistorted unlike punched panels which distort in the punching process.
